The breakfast - a good variety of options! There were some minor problems but management have contacted me to reassure me that they would be delt with. An examp was not knowing that the shuttle service ended at 11 pm, even though some flights go way past that time. They responded that the information is on their website, which is fine if you booked through their website - I didn't. Further I informed them that I was checking in after 11 pm, which they said that they are able to accommodate. Since they are an airport hotel, they could have responded that if I had intended to use their shuttle that it finished at 11 pm. Had they provided that information I would have likely chosen another hotel.

Location was great with proximity to the airport. Pool was a very nice relaxation spot at the end of the day and the front staff were helpful with organizing the shuttle and making food and shopping recommendations in the area. Breakfast was clean and while limited, was still good for a grab and go breakfast. As other reviews mention, the planes can be loud as the take off runway points directly over the hotel. That being said, the noise of the airport is to be expected due to how close it is to the airport. We were exhausted and slept through the night without waking up to the noise, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Location great, pick up and drop off very smooth on the free shuttle. Breakfast was adequate. I always find the breakfast area staff under-staffed, meaning the tables tend to get messy and sometimes you are waiting awhile when the entrees are empty, but all in all, I would stay here again. Cleanliness of the breakfast area, availability of fresh entrees as people pass through the buffet.

Very clean rooms and public areas. Breakfast was good and the shuttle driver was very helpful and kind.

Everything was good up until checkout when the employee that checked me out was trying to charge my credit card for extra payment. She claimed that I hadn't paid yet even though Expedia confirmed payment. She was then quite sold on the idea that I needed to swipe my card again and when I repeatedly refused, she finally just let it go. So something fishy is going on there.

The hotel was nice. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport very much. Our handicapped accessible room was perfect for our needs, but the dim lighting in the room was terrible. It was this issue that resulted in the 3 star rating.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, is very new, and was absolutely amazing. I would definitely go back. The beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was good, super easy check in / out. Nothing
