Friendly staff. My room smelled like mildew and my shower wouldn’t run well (water still came out of the tub spout). Bed was not super comfortable.

I changed rooms three times, but unfortunately, the same odor was present in every room. I also spoke with several other guests who reported experiencing a similar issue. Because this appeared to affect multiple rooms, I believe hotel management should investigate the ventilation system and determine the source of the odor. This significantly affected the quality and comfort of my stay, and I hope the hotel takes the concern seriously and addresses it for future guests.

Our stay was for 4 days (check in to check out) and 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned even after a request while we were out for the day.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was not my favorite stay. Parking was always free. Now they are charging $24 per night. This is Houston not New York. Outrageous.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Maui dislike was the fact that you had to pay for parking. When I booked this trip on Expedia, I did not see anything that stated parking was not included.
