Terrible la experiencia...

Overall everything was pretty great. Pool was clean, room was clean. We found a roach in the bathroom ,but it was on the first night so we don’t know if it was from the pipes or from outside during our walk to the hotel. There were no other issues after that. The stove worked great, the ice-maker was clean, and the microwave

Everything was amazing! There were many breakfast options, and the staff were so nice. The gym was fully equipped, the pool was nice, and the location was great. I felt safe staying here while solo travelling! Nothing. It would book this hotel again!

it's conveniently located right next to the freeway but not close enough to where you hear all the traffic. it's always clean & quiet . i stay here frequently. the fact that we pay $25 for parking but the gates don't work so it's open the entire time. not sure why they don't comp it in the mean time... it's houston, anything can happen, thank God it didn't. the phones have not worked for a while either so that means no wifi too.

The ceilings had water stains. A good paint job will improve the appearance.

Way more accommodations than expected love to stay again

The cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. I found hair on the towels, and the room generally appeared dirty and not properly maintained. This was especially disappointing because cleanliness is a basic expectation when paying for a hotel room. The sofa bed was also extremely uncomfortable and was not suitable for sleeping. Additionally, the hotel bar was not open during my stay, meaning an advertised hotel amenity was unavailable. While I understand that amenities can sometimes have limited hours or availability, this further contributed to the overall disappointing experience. The combination of the cleanliness issues, uncomfortable sleeping accommodations, and unavailable amenity made the stay uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave and forgo my second night. My reservation was for two nights and I paid $187.66 total. I am requesting a refund for the unused second night, as I did not stay at the hotel due to the issues described above. I also believe compensation for the first night should be considered given the condition of the room and the overall experience. I would recommend that Expedia and Hyatt House take these concerns seriously and ensure that rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive. I hope this experience can be resolved.

Honestly, I would not stay here. Only one elevator was working, the rooms were dirty and smelled horrible. Shower full of hair. Towels had stains on them as if they were used but folded as if they weren’t used. This was a last minute work trip but next time I’ll be spending a few more bucks to be comfortable.

AC, kitchen. The furniture is old. Tea was not enough.

The room was decent We are paying to park in an unsecured parking garage. I didn’t get much sleep because I was worried about my car being broken into. There were men hanging out above the entry watching every single car come in. Broken garage gate anyone can walk/drive in and access the building. The hotel receptionist said they would not be liable for any damages! WOW!

Room was nice and clean. One elevator was broken so walk to and from the lobby area was inconvenient.

The only plus about the hotel was the location The carpets were stained, the halls smelled musty, the elevator didn't work and the garage gate was broken. The morning we checked out the front desk clerk barely acknowledged us , because he was busy on his phone.
