The only positive thing about this place is the proximity to the arena. I would not book again. Roaches, mold, dirty bedding, poor lighting, some outlets not functioning, dated and issues with AC system and cooling.

Place needs to be remodeled completely. The door to enter one of the buildings was unlocked the entire time. Our room smelled old and had roaches in the bathroom and in the room.

About a 15 minute walk to the stadium. Clean rooms. The a/c in our particular room wasn't as nice as you'd hope sometimes. Then again it was 108 outside. Breakfast was about average for complimentary. I'd stay again.

Excellent staff, the property needs an overall or partial renovation. But otherwise it is a greatplace to stay at.

Te puedes ir caminando y tomarte agusto unas cheves sin problema con la manejada. Alli dejas tu auto , te vas al juego y regresas a un sueñoto y planear el resto de la tarde en el climita del cuarto

It was close to reliant Stadium. That’s the only thing good about it. It’s kind of disgusting we were on the second floor and it smelled like piss and shit. The cigarette smell in the hallway is disgusting. The floors were disgusting. Our room smelled terrible. The shower was unusable because it was disgusting.

Lo reporte ese mismo día y la manager solo se limita a decir, ya no te cobro las siguientes 2 noches y has el check-out ahorita. Afortunadamente la otra señorita de recepción, aún y que el hotel estaba a full, hizo todo el esfuerzo y me consiguió una habitación libre en el 2do piso y el domingo y check-out del lunes todo paso de forma tranquila. Lo otro bueno, por así decirlo, es que el estadio NRG (Reliant) está a 600mts. Mi recomendación es busquen mejores opciones, ya que por el precio de la habitación, deja mucho que desear y nada agradable "descansar" en este tipo de lugares y habitaciones.

Nothing went well at this property. The room was very disgusting. There were stains on the carpet, that looked like blood. The bedspread had holes in it. I woke up at 3 AM with cockroaches crawling on me. I stayed up half of the night and found more bugs in the bed. I didn't know what to do as I was only on my first night but decided to call other hotels and try to find a last minute room. The bathroom light stopped working and the toilet stop flushing as well. I went at 8 AM to talk to the front desk once I had secured a room at another hotel. The front desk women wasn’t apologetic, just annoyed. I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund the second night. They didn't even give me a discount for the first night and said it was because I didn't complain sooner. Should I just completed at 3 AM that there were cockroaches in the bed?? If there were bugs in this room, then any other rooms probably had bugs. It was honestly the dirtiest place Ive ever seen. The outside looked like it had black mold. Motel 6 was cleaner than this place.

Chose this property since it was close to the stadium. It was definitely cheap as intended, but you get what you paid for. Security door for building B broken. Urine left in the toilet that constantly needed adjusting for water. Stains on bedsheets. Chipping and peeling paint above shower, hole with electrical wires sticking out of the wall. Yellow water came out of the tub, let it run awhile and it cleared up.
