Springhill Suites Houston I-45 North

I’m thankful to have gotten a room. I wish that I didn’t have to go back & forth with the receptionist if I got either 2 queens or 1 king. I think it’s also weird to have gates that don’t close.

Comfortable and clean

The room wasn’t bad, it was actually pretty good. The elevators weren’t working and my son has a bad knee so it was difficult to climb the stairs, the girl at the front desk was going to move him to the first floor, but the a/c wasn’t working in that room, the ice machines weren’t working, they had a security gate it wasn’t working either.

Pool open late. Great hot water. Quiet.

I purchased my hotel online and they charged me an extra $50 when I arrived saying it was for a deposit. Whole time it wasn't and the guy didn't know what he was doing and had to refund me my money back

Exceptional

Very clean and nice ! That house keeping is every other day not every day

Friendly

really clean, great exercise room!

The hotel was very quiet , clean , and comfortable. It was a holiday weekend. We were celebrating our anniversaries ( ours and our Best friends). The facility was lightly staffed because they had let them off for the holiday. The bar never opened the entire weekend. The worst part was we were on the fourth floor. The lights went off briefly. Upon checkout 12pm, the elevators still weren’t working . Do the four of us had to carry our luggage and other items we had purchased down four flights of stairs. Very inconvenient and painful. I’ve had both knees replaced and my husband’s had one. It’s difficult enough going down stairs, but carrying extra weight was painful and difficult.

Good and clean Room by the elevator

Room by the elevator

It wasn't horrible, they only had one entrance/exit, the parking lot has two, one entry/exit on each side so it COULD be easy to come and go wherever you park (but they choose not to), and they say they open the second entry/exit during business hours (literally stated on the gate) and that is a lie they don't ever open it at all, then they told us 6am breakfast mon-fri and for 2 days they followed that, in the middle of my stay on Wednesday they just decided to move it to 6:30am without notifying anyone and the front desk was rude about it when I asked. the silver lining is that at least the room was clean other than the sheets having some rips and tears in them.

Superb

Location, walk in shower. Carpet, needs to be more handles in shower. Why is the bar always closed? We were unable to adjust vents on AC. The room was kind of humid. Pricey!!
