The location is great. The room was very nice with a great bed. The AC is really strong. You won’t have to worry about being too hot.

First time visit, 10 out of 10 all around. Loved the quirky animal mascot art :)

The room is comfortable, but there is no clock in the room. I have to look for my phone in the middle of the night to see the time. Also the TV is fixed, no rotation towards the bed. The vehicle gate did not work when leaving, had to call the valet to have the gate opened. The valet mentioned to us the gate has been operating under this condition for several days.

They truly treat you like royalty here at the Royal Sonesta!! I had problems with my room, and they immediately took care of it and made sure that my honeymoon was very special. The food at the hotel is fantastic. The drinks at the bar are stiff! The coffee shop is awesome. I love PJ's coffee!!

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the convenient location and complimentary shuttle service around the area. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Houston. Highly recommend!

It was very safe, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Just the parking, but even that wasn’t too bad.

The lady that checked me in was amazing. The bell man had to take another guest somewhere and so when I checked in she went and got my bag herself. She also had my car retreived from Valet when I said no one had told me about the credit I would received if I self parked and she made that right by crediting the valet back to my account and changed it to self park.

The event going on in the hotel, made it loud and a bit annoying in the bar. But, overall is was fine.

Elevators sound and feel like you are going to fall at any moment. Also only one elevator works, there are 4.
