Exceptional

Overall it was a good experience. The bathrooms could use a good deep clean and new mattresses are in order. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was nighttime construction happening on the already busy road outside my window but that it’s the hotel’s fault.

Our room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a few nights. Close to lots of restaurants and other shops, including Wegmans. The breakfast was simple but good. I would stay there again.
-
all was great for a good price, right off the highway, all wonderful...

Everything was amazing. Clean room ,good food, excellent staff. will book again. Thank you.

Place is facing major street construction. Loud drilling all night long. I asked for a different room and it was denied. I did not sleep at all.

Bad
-
The given was not the one I booked, it was very small barely can two people walk bathroom door was awkwardly placed so a person especially an old person can not easily go pass the door to access the toilet , closet was so tight and right a foot away from the bed , the whole room set up was very very tight, it wasn't 33m sq room, Parking was kind of Ok

Valley Mall afterward with a simple ride home.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and forgotten how nice it is. In particular the bath had an hand held shower head which is rear even on luxury hotels. This hotel gave much better experience then some other big name much more expensive rooms.
-
Fine Room smelled of mildew. Beds were full size, not queen. Dirty linen left in bathroom.
-
Staff and breakfast were great. Coffee in the lobby was a huge plus! Nothing- great value for the price
-
Very easy to find, conveniently close to I83, coffee around the clock, enough free parking. Clean rooms. Rooms facing York Rd can be very noisy. The carpets are a bit worn and smelly.

Superb

Nice staff, especially the front desk lady named Shelby. She was kind and tried to help us change room to make our stay better. The road construction that began each night from 7 PM until 3 AM with jack hammers and backhoes making all kinds of non-stop noise were just too much to bear for the 3 nights we stayed. Of course, it was not the hotel's doing, and I'm not saying it was their fault in any way, but that was what we didn't like during our stay.

The front desk staff Shelbi was friendly and professional. The Breakfast was good. Loretta is friendly, helpful and professional. Parking was good.
