Perfect place to stay when you have an early flight.

The staff were all very kind snd friendly, & the room itself was adequate and clean.

Convenient for flight Left a pr. of sterling silver earrings and was disappointed in the fact they weren’t turned in by housekeeping. I even dropped by hotel on my return flight and was told they were not turned in or noted by housekeeping on morning of checkout. These were a gift from my deceased son and had great sentimental value for me. Disappointed to say the least-

It’s inside the terminal. A Restaurant is next to it. There is a coffee bar. Staff is very friendly.

Water bottles were empty and used from previous stay Shampoo and conditioner was empty

Great place to stay for early flights and late flight arrivals only complaint one elevator is working and the other is out of service and has been for over 3 months

Outdated and in need of updates.

Convenient 1 elevator working

The room was never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked and were promised it would be done the 2nd night, but it never happened. As well, no fresh towels or coffee replaced. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the worker said we had to kick it. We were on the 5th floor and the room would not cool off. The bathroom is so small that you have to scoot behind the door to close it, and the TP holder was hardly able to be reached. Very sad.

The convenience to the airport is EXCELLENT! You're basically in the airport as soon as you enter the hotel doors. WORTH it to stay here. The bar in the hotel restaurant was super busy and 1 man operating it. We got food, which was meh, but only 1 drink and no chance of getting more. Like I said he was super busy.

Attendant at desk was really nice. Your parking is a joke. And part of the sidewalk is not light. Scary at night and it’s not ADA friendly with people using a wheelchair. And then the parking is a quarter mile away from entrance. How is this good? And then you have to ask for a xerox copy of a query to get out of parking without a fee. Cost me 12 dollars last time this time I got smart. Ice machine was broken. I ask for ice and was offered the fourth or fifth floor walk to get my own. I’m handicapped.

Wonderful experience, super convenient!

They were not able to find my reservation in the system, after almost 2 hours waiting they just put me in a room and said they would figure it out later even though I had the hotels reservation code. They also had an issue with their hot water.
