La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Huntsville Airport Madison

Charged for 1 suite was suppose to have jetted tub which it did not. Bed spread was dirty or stained. Breakfast was banana dry cereal this hotel use to offer the best breakfast now just very cheap. Our last stay with this brand.

Paid for jetted tub suite but didn't get

Room was not clean, clumps of hair on the floor from a shave I assume and trash left in the room as well as flies lingering around the jacuzzi. Went to front desk, was shown another room that had not been cleaned, then finally a third room was found that was clean. Was told by front desk to request a refund through Expedia, did that, no refund and no notes left by staff indicating that I was told to request this refund. Very stressful stay.

I always stay at this LaQuinta when I am in the Huntsville/Madison, Alabama area. They are always very polite and helpful. I needed a room that would be accessible for a wheelchair and none were available...the room we chose was roomy enough to access with the wheelchair. The toilet is a little low for a handicap person and the beds are super comfortable and just a little too tall for a handicap person or short people. No other complaints at all...I will continue to use this motel on my short trips.

room love it. although close to airport but far from everything, plus there is a fitness room my main issue was the staff and food. the staff are not friendly very stiff; breakfast is the same thing every day. no oat meal.

The only redeeming part of this location is that it is close to the airport. If you are a fan of sleeping in a room with cockroaches then you will love this place. COCKROACHES!! Rude and untrained staff. Found cockroaches in our room and told front desk staff. We were given a different room after 2 trips to the front desk as we kept finding more cockroaches. Second room was filthy! Ketchup stains (hopefully) on the carpet and old wet socks in the bathroom. Front desk staff id either untrained or honestly could not be bothered. We left a couple of messages to have the manager contact us and even left our business card - many days later and still no call. I am quite sure there will be a sympathetic canned response here though. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Musty order for entire stay. Tub would not drain. Room stayed damp & all clothes and shoes felt wet. Bed felt wet if left uncovered. Have not had such a miserable stay such as this. We were offered a snack bar item & drink for compensation. Will remember this before booking again.

What was not nice was the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at 7 AM 8 AM 9 AM 10 AM 11 AM asking if they can have laundry and asking if the customer or the guest is gonna check out

The location was great The hot tub didn’t work properly and not at all the first day. Our toilet was messed up and when I spoke to the front desk they legit brought me a toilet brush cleaner to plung the toilet with myself the following morning I reached back out to see if someone could come fix the toilet still and then they brought me a real plunger again for me to use myself and fix the problem . The mgr was too busy chasing two young girls around and getting there numbers and talking to them about letting them stay at the hotel with a huge discount he even followed one of the girls to her room from the pool and kinda stood over her at her door to enter her room . We went to go swim one day two and a family had there dog swimming in the pool .

The location is 5 minutes away from the airport. There's a China Buffet nearby....and the food selection good
