Property was okay. Room was clean. My issue was with the person checking me in who wouldn't get off the phone (not with a customer on phone, personal call) and had given my room away from Hotels.com to someone else. She was able to accommodate my desire for a king size bed by putting me in a handicap accessible room, but I had to decide between tub and bed and bed won. She also could not be bothered to tell me where my room was so I had to drive around the parking lot until I could find it. RUDE . Zero people skills.

it’s a bit hard to get to. the first front desk girl wasn’t nice. the rest of the staff amazing. don’t bother if you have a dog they will put you upstairs.

Convient location

The room was clean, air conditioning good, the staff was good.

Found blood on my pillows and the floor as well as burn holes on the bed.

The rooms was decent the beds was comfortable it was clean The staff was horrible. And they didn’t tell us the pool was closed until we tried to use it and that’s the only reason I picked the location. They talk to you badly. Breakfast was a joke.

Close to work Needs more bath cloths and towels

The room was nasty. Multiple hairs on the toilet seat. Roaches in the room. We did not stay. BEWARE!

Staff was not helpful. Front desk clerk on personal call on speaker phone. Playing videos on speaker. Both in his foreign language. Breakfast bar not restocked. Hot water canister empty, when told response was, we don't fill it. Much more...

Never check in was denied and charged

The room was very dirty - there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bedroom area. The room smelled very strongly of marijuana and there was a dirty bandaid on the floor. The pool was filthy as well and the grounds were not maintained. The staff at the breakfast was not very kind or helpful and wasn’t refilling anything unless specifically asked.

Easy check in, room was cleaned promptly the next day.

The staff was rude, my husband was in the shower getting ready to leave and I went down to make him breakfast and was told I couldn't take it to him. The TV wasn't working nor was the phone, used my cell phone to call office was told she'd come down and she never showed up.

It just need to do better on cleaning room
