Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Keystone Crossing

yes there was a bug on the bed and, a soiled blanket.

Hotel location was excellent - right next to a major mall and plenty of other shopping retailers. There was a sports car show on the premises that seemed like a lot of fun. Room was very spacious. The breakfast area floors could have been cleaned better. Lots of stains. Elevators could have been cleaned as well. I always find the breakfast to be lacking. They should try to increase breakfast options.

It was quite affordable clean we like the kitchen site up was nice and the breakfast was good It's nothing that I didn't like

I like the room felt very homey and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and warm and like the kitchen. There was no conditioner in the shower. Kitchen top and bathroom were a little dirty.

Very nice, everything was nice and clean and the room was wonderful

This was fine for a one night stay. Safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants around. Great hot breakfast included. The biggest issue was road noise from the interstate by our room at night was significant.

These places are great. The breakfast was awful. It was a quick in and out but very nice.

Clean Only one elevator

Only one elevator

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

Customer service was excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable temperature. Free coffee that seemed to be always available. My room card never worked in the parking lot. The staff was always ready to help me. I’m not sure what was wrong with the system. According to Priceline parking was supposed to be included. It was not. I’d recommend updating that through Priceline.

Exceptional

Good stay. We stay there when we go to Indy. Always pleasant.

Very good

I did a scavenger hunt for my husband to surprise him with an anniversary party and the hotel staff was amazing!

Everything was great

Superb

Cleanliness

The location was convenient. Located behind a mall with lots of food choices. The room was very large with a full size refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom was too small. I had to back up into the shower in order to open the door.

The super small bathroom
