Wonderful option for an extended stay. Central location, clean rooms, and the kitchen a plus!

Everything was good. I didn’t notice that parking was additional $26 per day. That was the only unpleasant surprise!!

My experience at Hyatt House was everything I could have asked for. The staff were warm and inviting and provided me with a full rundown of all the amenities. The breakfast service had variety and the coffee gave me the boost I needed in the morning. I will be making this my stay of choice whenever I’m in Irvine.

Needed to check out later and was not able to. That's my only complaint.

The bed was garbage. St in the end and it sounds like something 'metal' was under the mattress.

Easy access from John Wayne Airport. Friendy and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to help. Rooms are spacious and offer extra seating and desk space. Outstanding complimentary breakfast service. Parking structure is not attached, but it's a short sunny stroll away. Erika and Stephen provided friendlt and prompt bar service. Overall an outstanding hotel; I plan to return often!
