It was Perfect!

Absolutely loved my stay

The prepaid breakfast was surprisingly well done every day. No acknowledgement of status and delays over my platinum discount and no benefits were offputting. Room was clean and sound proof but bed was middling for this level. The pool and hot tub are both indoors entirely and wasn't particularly inviting. Front staff was mostly very good. Bar selection on beer and wine was poor and pricy. As was parking.

On Saturday morning, the Haven Point restaurant was severely short staffed resulting in a long wait time (approximately ten people were in line) to be seated; this was during peak breakfast hours. There was only one waitress serving the bar and one assistant serving the dining area. Also, it would great if there were more breakfast options for the bed and breakfast ticket. By the way, the pancakes are extremely rubbery. An easy solution would be to not overmix the batter and make sure to use fresh baking powder.

Love the pool and spa. Laundromat was helpful. I am giving it a 4 because when I booked through Expedia I used the filter breakfast included. Sonesta was an option, but Sonesta has it own restaurant, so they do not offer free breakfast. Pay attention to the parking fee $39 and $9 water bottles in the room. It adds up.

A few minor issues affected the overall experience. The printer at the business computer was out of order, the shower in the pool area was broken, and accessing the parking was initially quite complicated. Parking also seemed expensive, as did the bottled water in the room at around $9. We also noticed significant differences in rates for seemingly similar rooms, which made us wonder whether we had received the best available rate. Finally, the invoice was difficult to itemize, and it wasn’t clear exactly what additional charges had been added to the original room cost. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with good service, but better pricing transparency and attention to these smaller details would improve the experience.

Personnel fantastique : on m'a inscrit au programme de fidélité pour me donner accès au Wi-Fi haute vitesse, et le fer à repasser demandé est arrivé très rapidement. Stationnement payant — supplément à prévoir, mais raisonnable pour Irvine. À savoir : le petit-déjeuner acheté via Expedia se limite à un choix parmi quatre items.

Very clean very nice. Shuttle to and from airport is not so great at all.

The hotel overbooked the king beds and I paid the app for the higher priced room. The hotel didn’t want to issue a refund or help the situation at all. The hotel blamed the app, the app blamed the hotel. Never staying here again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was wonderful, and I felt so comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stay here every time we are in Irvine because the staff is simply the best. The hotel is clean, in a great area, has great food and great food nearby.

Great place to visit

This was our first stay and it was great. Super clean and well appointed room. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. I guess I must have missed the small print that parking is $39 a night. I don't understand in a sea of parking lots and space why you need to charge for parking, it's not a downtown area where parking is scare. Honestly, I wouldn't stay there again just for this but if that doesn't bother you than this is a great hotel.

The one downside is that they charge you $50 a night for parking. Overall, this is a good place to stay.
