Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

The staff is outstanding! They went above and beyond to accommodate my son who was stranded at the airport when his flight was canceled for over 24 hours. He wasn’t able to get a room until the next day, but they came and picked him up with the shuttle and let him stay in the lobby until an early check-in was acquired. They helped him every step of the way. They was so very kind to him! The staff and the whole place is outstanding. You will not be sorry if you choose to stay here!

Location was superb With all hotels more attention should be given to where wet areas and wood trim meet. Some mold could be seen in the bathroom

I liked the lobby, the bar, that they had snack items for sale, a free shuttle to the airport and that there was a good amount of elevators. I had an issue where they could nit find my reservation that was made through booking.com I paid extra for a high floor balcony room with a view of the runway. They did give me a high level (18) but no balcony. It was disappointing to pay extra and then not get what I paid for.

I booked a king size room instead was given a downgraded 2 queen bed room which is less expensive than my original booking.

Airport shuttle was dispatched quickly. I developed a head cold on my flight to DFW. Thank goodness for the convience items for purchase at the front!

The stay was great

Room was clean and front desk was friendly upon checking in. Bathroom sink was clogged and shower leaked all over the floor. The TV/remote was also very slow. Overall not too bad and better than most hotel options in the area. We only stayed for a night due to missing our connecting flight so it did the job.

Was in town for the weekend and found this location at a good price. It was next to the airport. The staff was so polite and helpful. Offered us water and i loved that they had a 24 hr open shop next to the front desk. The rooms were perfectly cold and clean. The 2 double bed room was the perfect size. Id definitely recommend this location and I'd definitely stay here again!

The shuttle was convenient and the driver was amazing!! I didn’t like that the prices for the little market were very high. A coffee was almost $10. The breakfast was $25.

This is not a handicap friendly hotel. The handicap accessible showers or tubs do not have shower chairs.

Clean and spacious rooms, good gym. fast wifi. Rude reception staff with very little knowledge. VERY expensive supplies In mini mart. The only water in room was $12! Outdoor pool water was cloudy and green, did not look safe for swimming. Long wait for shuttle at arrivals.

If you want an easy place that is close to airport, check in-fast and elevators that are quick, it’s easy. Couldn’t get free shuttle. Got in at around 1:00 am and left at 6:30 am so a quick sleep. Seems a bit outdated but the showers are nice.
