Good stay but house keeping only come when you check out not everyday to take out the trash

I stayed because I arrived at 11pm due to flight issues. If you just need some shut eye for a few hours you'll live. If you're under 30 and can get a room for under $, fine. I would skip it if you have a choice. Room was 80 degrees when I got in. the elevator is at the far end of the property. Shower was cheap laminate and something that had been attached was broken off. Beds were 2 "double/full" size but were barely bigger than twins. People on my hall were loud at midnight and still loud at 6am. Grab and go sandwich from the lobby was gross. Shuttle in the morning was on time.

Great Location.. clean comfortable room 👍
-
I had to take an Uber after waiting 1.5 hours for the hotel courtesy van.
-
Airport Shuttle was a challenge due to airport construction. Location was perfect but should have skipped waiting for hotel shuttle and got an Uber. Lesson learned.

place is clean

Hotel charges for just about anything extra on check in check out times. Overnight parking is handled by Smart Parking. If you park at hotel and they charge you it’s $20 per day. Would be less expensive to use Smart Parking on line.

The airplane landed at 1:03 am. We didn't get checked into the hotel untill 2:59 a.m. Waited for a little over 2 hours to get a airport shuttle. It never happened after several attempts and many phone calls to the front office. The shuttle was either too full when it arrived to pick me and my wife up or misdirected somehow. This shuttle Services all the airports on the North side. When you call in you're put into the Que and given a expected arrival time. Due to health reasons took a taxi for an additional $65. Do not let the shuttle services influence your decision to stay at this motel. It is best to pay a little extra to a hotel that has a dedicated shuttle service. You will save time and money in the long run. The breakfast consisted of your typical boxed eggs and boxed prepared sausage..

Room was very spacious and clean, breakfast selection is very limited but enough for a quick bite to catch flight in the morning. Airport shuttle was a big issue though. Booked this hotel because there is 24 hour airport shuttle instead of a limited time shuttle offered by other hotels. I was told the shuttle runs every 40 minutes. Waited more than an hour from 11:30pm and still no sign of the shuttle and no one was answering the phone. One other hotel was kind enough to let me hop on in the back to get me to La Quinta North around 1am.

Good shuttle to airport. Good process for that. Website listed parking at 10 USD per day. I was charged 20 USD per day. Conflicting feedback from desk clerks and asst mgr. Customer service was no help. Rooms on west side experience more plane noises. Disappointed with parking fees. Will explore other options in future

This is a convenient hotel for an overnight transfer or missed flight. The hotel is close to the airport but unfortunately the shuttle service is terrible and unreliable. I had to wait almost two hours for pick up, not what I was expecting.

Compliments: hotel was clean, room was clean and ample, very welcoming - excellent room! (Way too dim). Quiet (mostly). Hot breakfast was adequate. Good coffee! Professional staff.
-
I had no hot water in the shower.
-
The hotel is okay not too bad, Just pay attention on your credit card, I was charged something without any notice.
-
Fitness facility was about 90 degrees. One unit had no power, second unit was blowing hot air. No free weights at all. Mutli use equipment ws inoperable.
-
Very clean, the staff was very professional and helpful.
-
The full size beds are very small, not much bigger than a twin size. The bathroom had no way to lock the doors. The walls are very thin, we heard doors open and slam shut all night. The tv is extremely small. There’s unpleasant odors throughout the hotel. We barely got any rest. You can hear traffic all night due to the hotels proximity to a freeway and the walls being so thin. The breakfast was good. The price would have been fine if we actually got to rest.

DFW is a sprawling airport, the transfer van is an old tatty van however the issue was being dropped at the wrong terminal. The driver said he was 'too busy' to take me to Terminal D so I was dropped at Terminal B and told to just take the SkyLink. However the incredibly unhelpful, aggressive and rude airport staff then directed me to the SkyLink via TSA but of course I had no boarding pass, eventually I was allowed through with my unchecked suitcase, got to Terminal D, left 'airside' si I could then check in - the process was incredibly stressful and totally unnecessary, this was a complete failure on behalf of the hotel abandoning an overseas guest at an airport the size of DFW is unacceptable.

Nice place but bed was hard as a rock. Need to up grade their mattress. Plus one elevator wss broken and had to walk for ever to use the only working elevator very inconvenient.
-
The only thing I didnt like was that I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights and they never offered or came in to clean my room the whole time and the whirl pool was down.
