Room was very clean, staff were very nice and respectful. The only drawback were the pillows..were horrible..very, very uncomfortable..everything else was great!!!

Keine at the front desk is an absolute delight. The room was clean. But the ac unit was loud making a rattle. The office chair for the room had cracked armpads so a little uncomfortable. However the staff was well above most hotels I use.

It was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean quiet and comfortable.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. But what stuck out the most was the friendly staff, especially the front desk. Every one of the front desk stay was incredibly kind and genuine when talking with us. Customer service is overlooked many times these days, but I must say, not at this Hilton Garden. The wife and I had a great stay.

Location was great for our purposes. Friendly staff. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. Other than that, the room was in very good condition. Enjoyed our stay.
