Quality Inn & Suites Irving DFW Airport South

Room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels each day, no bugs, water was hot for the shower, ac worked great, bed was comfortable. Only thing I wasn't to happy with was the breakfast, waffles or cereal. But there is a whataburger right there, but I will continue to stay there until we are done working at DFW

Very welcoming and helpful staff . Room was clean and comfortable.

The beds were confortable. The bedroom had a bad smell, specially around the restroom.

The price was good, free parking donuts and coffee for breakfast which was great room was clean. Staff was nice. Couldn’t be the price for two

The outside is dirty and garbage insanely full. Walk in and it's not welcoming. Staff on their phones so you have to wait for their attention. I had a made the reservation weeks before and asked for extra towels. For a room for 4 not sure how 2 towels will cover everyone. When I went down to ask for more towels he gave me attitude after the 10 mins of waiting. I told him in a request for it and he didn't believe me. Then its a smoke free hotel but walking down the halls to my room it is overly strong cigg smell. Horrible!!! Room dirty. Run down. I mean I guess you get what you pay for..... but still needs alot of work! Would not return. Wanted to leave as soon as I walked in the door

LOCATION. Very close to everything. PRICE. Very affordable. The towels and bed were clean and comfy.. The staff did not greet me or tell me anything. Checked me in, gave me the key. No idea still about breakfast. The room smelled, the A/C was very loud and never cooled the room. I know it was hot out, but it was humid inside the room the whole 3 days. My greeting cards curled, so it wasn’t my imagination. Awful soap for my showers.

Airport shuttle pick up and drop off were a joke! Would not recommend this location based on that. Had to take an uber to the airport because the shuttle was not available. The whole reason why we stayed here was for the airport/shuttle convenience.

Do to the Sneek in the room n being put in a room right outside the elevator I never went to sleep. Also the shuttle driver needs to be FIRED for being disrespectful, yelling and screaming at me when trying to get to right drop off point at the Airport! If I had time. I will never stay at that property again. It was a total waste of money. But when you price low prices for a room, you get exactly what you pay for.

The property was nice. The room smelled like old cigarettes every time the AC came on.
