Sunday morning restaurant staff was not friendly and left us in attended 20 min

First nobody tells you the deposit is 150. Then if you do happy hour they automatically charge you 20%!!! They are cashless as well. They charge you for parking in their parking lot to stay at their hotel! The water pressure was horrible. There was none. The doors on the bathroom you can see someone using the restroom!!! We had to get a sheet to cover the gap on the door. When I went to check out o had to wait due to them taking a phone call….. smh. She even asked how was our stay advised not good she said mmm k. We will keep staying at the Drury in!!!! They actually take care of their guest!!! I would advise not to stay here at this location!!! We won’t be back.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely made my stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again if / when in the area.

Everything was awesome!! A great hotel to stay in.

This is a great hotel with very comfortable beds, but they add fees, parking fees and “guest experience fees”, that serve to jack up the price once you get there. I was not happy when those added fees nearly doubled the cost of my stay last time. Expedia listed the cost as $170 per night, but I paid $580 for 2 nights once I got there.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Restroom flooded due to unlevelled shower drainage. Requested towels, didnt receive after 45 minutes of waiting.

The room was a bit too hot even when putting the thermostat down to 60
