Marriott Dallas Las Colinas

I was highly disappointed with their service as the room itself was not clean and the bathroom was sooo dirty .And when I asked them for refund, nobody contacted me further and I feel like I lost my money which i spent for worthy of nothing Nothing I liked about the stay.Highly disappointed

Really great property. Very clean. Rooms felt updated and new. Great location, nice property. Staff was very helpful. Good value. Would stay here again.

Loved everything definitely one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Dallas

lake view and clean room

Great room breakfast wasn’t great

Everything and outside view

Great stay

The staff was helpful and the room was exactly what was expected. The lake was an added touch.

I just thought a microwave in the room would have been more convenient than having to go down to the lobby to heat up my left over food. Please consider the minor details, convenience is my core decision maker.

The room was perfectly appointed and clean. The patio on the lake was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the complimentary coffee. The staff was professional.

The staff helped out a lot and also made my stay worth the stay. Clean bathrooms and clean blinds.

Clean and very nice staffing

This hotel was a lot nosier than any other hotels I ever visited. Whether it was busy or not, I believe the walls are a lot thinner than expected. Throughout the night was constant noise from the hallways to above. Down the hall someone reeked of marijuana which I can smell it through my room which was very unpleasant, I even smell it in the lobby which makes me wonder why no staff didn’t say anything. It was a waste of money and time booking a stay here which I’m disappointed because I recently excited about this stay since it was our anniversary and our first time booking a stay without the kids.

Rooms were not clean. Over priced elevators over crowded we had to get off and walk upstairs.

Beautiful Peaceful Hotel! Great Customer Service Wonderful Location and Excellent Quality!! Nothing

Everything was great

It was nice

Lake view is nice and the beds are comfortable. The curtains are not completely blackout.

had a nice stay. Parking was way too expensive as was the food and alcohol. This property definitely needs to be updated, It is kinda beat uploading.

It was a good stay. Place was very clean and friendly
