I didnt like the breakfast the location was good I did not like when I got their my room wasn’t ready had to wait 2hrs to check in and the breakfast was nasty
-
Surprise expenses. Had to pay for parking. Had to pay a $100 deposit. Showed up 8 minutes before check-in time and was told to wait, then watched someone else check in a couple minutes early. Front desk didn't seem happy to be there.

The room was the nastiest I’ve ever stayed in and the property grounds were not kept up at all

I liked that the hotel had breakfast available. I liked the room setup. There wasnt a trashcan in the main area or rooms. When went to the office to to ask for more towels one day and they said they didnt have towels at that time. There was a roach in the bathroom and on the bed and ants bit my son and hes allergic. Not to mention as we had to walk to tour room we had to pass by animal feces on the stair each time.

I did not like there was dog fever on the steps walking to the room. Walking on the sidewalks you can smell it as well. There wasn't a trash can in the main area at the hotel, so we had to use bags that we bought from the store. My son got bit by an ant while sleeping and he's allergic to ant bites; Which caused him swelling and a hospital visit. I woke up the first night and there was a roach in the bathroom. Then when packing up my things I left my bag on the bed and came back and a roach was on my bag. Originally I wasn't going to complain because hotels can be iffy but when I thought about it I said I've never had to experience these things before so I had to share. We were there a few days and when we went to ask for towels they said to come back cause they didn't have towels at the front at that time. To have a room that fits 6, should be a minimum of 6 towels in the room.

Cleaning could be improved. Lady at the front check in was very monotone and it felt like she didn’t want to be there
-
Breakfast was not what was displayed online. There was mold every where. I was instantly sick because I am allergic to mold. Dust was every where. And it smelled really bad.

Great, with space and peaceful feeling.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast was great, the front lobby was nice and clean. Also, the front desk lady is excellent. I like that they had a basketball court cause my son plays basketball. What I didn’t like about the property is a room rooms or outdated. There were blood on the lines in both rooms. They had bugs. My daughter and I got bit up. I have to take her to the emergency room.. the Wi-Fi through my phone sons phone into SOS mode. The couch in the room is sunken into the floor.

I did not stay at this location. I cancelled upon arrival and consideration of the hotel's condition. I expect the charge to be refunded.

The front desk lady miss Davis is not willing to work with guest on check in, me and my coworker had to call engine support and took her 50min to check us in and then 30min again to re swipe our cards, plus change $15 a day parking

The rooms were outside motel style and mine was way in the back since I was a female staying a night I asked the woman checking me in to give me the room towards the front of the property but she ignored me. I had order water late and night and Tylenol as I was afraid to go out alone as the room door opened to the back of the property. The room and pillows were not good either. Barely slept.

Room had stains on walls, doors didn’t close properly, shower curtain very dirty, couch old and dingy

I liked the two rooms but I had to change rooms three times within the first 30 minutes of checking in due to issues with each room. 1st room smelled like mold, 2nd room was not clean and had a waterbug on the shower curtain. On day two, the toilet in the third room stopped working and the maintenance man was suppose to come the next morning and never did. The lobby clerk was not helpful at all. She just kept swapping out rooms to me. There was a family of cats that were also staying there.
