NYLO Las Colinas Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The staff was very blah and not accommodating. The 3rd shift man was nice as the exception not the rule. First time staying and loved the property itself. Clean room, stylish and modern.

Property was very nice and clean! You are treated with a warm welcome from the front desk and are very helpful with anything you might need Nothing

😎

Appreciated the very clean room/building, free parking, and friendly staff.

Breakfast buffet was worth the extra voucher. The rooms were clean and the hotel overall was in a very convenient location. The only negative for us was the beds were not as comfortable . But overall we had a nice stay.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to major highways and an easy drive to and from DFW Airport, Dallas, and Fort Worth. The bar had a great variety of drinks, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and restful—exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring the area. Overall, we were very impressed with the NYLO and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable hotel in a convenient location!

Staff is amazing, hotel is clean, perfect for a staycation

note for the sink, very small so only good for brushing teeth. personally needed to wash my face while in the shower otherwise using the sink is too difficult, wasn’t a big deal for me though.

From the time I checked in we were not greeted with hospitality. The front desk guy seemed like he didn’t even want to give me the time of day. We then found a dead cockroach in our bathroom floor. Staff in the morning were a bit more pleasant but a lot.

It was a nice stay.

Very clean, great staff, nice pool area and bar area. Right off the highway easy access.

The room didn't have a refrigerator. Hard to get the room temperature correct, very humid within the room.

Location What I didn’t like about the property were the amenities like the bathroom’s shower and sink.

Superb

My first time staying at NYLO, and I can honestly say I’ll be booking with them again in the future! The staff were amazing, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend NYLO! 10/10

Room was very clean, many towels provided and comfortable beds. Safe location close to venues and a variety of restaurants. The shower and sink were much smaller than expected. The room was also pretty small but the pool, lounging areas, and fitness room were very nice.

The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The food, although pricey, was good. There is no fridge in the room which makes it challenging for someone who has to have certain drinks, medications, foods, etc.
