La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Las Colinas

Upon entering my room there was a strong odor of mildew and pesticides. The sheets and pillows were stained with bodily fluids and the toilet did not flush. I asked to switch to a different room and was told that there was one available but the elevator was inoperable. I agreed to switch as long as the new room was clean. The rep. at the front desk assured it was and asked me to dial the front desk to confirm the room cleanliness. The second room was worse with stronger odor, and similar stains from bodily fluid on the couch and sheets. After attempting to reach the front desk several times by phone without an answer, we walked down to the front desk and spoke to a different rep - presumably the manager, and asked for a refund. He agreed to process the refund the next day, giving me a hand-written note. We then found a better hotel in the area. After working with both Expedia and attempting to reach the hotel manager myself, the refund was denied. So without even staying the night due to the disgusting lack of cleanliness or hospitality, I was made to still give this business my money. Do not book your stay at this hotel.

It was very clean, neat with a beautiful hall and a great price.

Breakfast was another issue—items were not being checked or restocked during the mid-morning hours, leaving very limited options available. Additionally, the elevator was out of service the entire time, which was a major inconvenience. Given how much we paid per night, we expected a much higher standard of comfort and upkeep. While switching rooms may have been an option, it would have been a significant inconvenience, especially after settling in. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations.

Runnnn do not I repeat do not stay here, service was horrible. No hot water elevators were broken a/c leaking also shower broken water spilling everywhere. Told the front desk the had no accommodation didn’t can and said sorry. Don’t waste your money

The rooms linen was not clean. The room wasn't cleaned that well. The person at the desk was on the phone most of the time while I waited to check in. The breakfast was not good. The outside of the property was clean. They do have a fridge and microwave in the room.

Great area near many shopping choices.Parking lot was well lit and safe. However, the hotel smelled of must and mildew. The beds were not comfortable. Rooms lacked a coffee maker.

Nothing No hot water, elevators didn't work, rooms had mold smell.. was told by the front staff that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday to give refund back

Breakfast items ran out before end of the designated period. They said they had an airport shuttle but did not. One employee said it was in the shop. Then when I checked the next week another employee said they discontinued service months ago. No desk staff knew how to get there or to the airport by public transit, though it turned out to be pretty easy.

The room itself was clean. Although you could smell weed in the hallway and half the time the elevator wasn't working and the tub had mold around it. Had to turn the ac down to 63 before it would actually start to coll the room. Quiet area though and easy to get in and out of. Would I stay again? Sure.

Says non smoking but strongly smell the cigarette smoke , not sure the room have smoke detectors 😒The restroom was also dirty😤

There was no hot water. We told the desk. Apparently they were working on it but did not help our situation. I feel something should have been offered to help us decide if we ever want to return.

La Quinta Inn at Wyndham deserves 0 stars if I should rate. Let’s see where do I begin…. Dirty bathroom with a dirty toilet and shower. I had to use my own cleaning supplies to clean the toilet and bathtub. The sheets were dirty with hair. The sheets were not changed and were dingy. The room had a strong odor. No running hot water at all. My guest and I had to take cold showers. This was a stay from HELL!! When I arrived to the hotel. I didn’t even receive a proper greeting. “ May I have your drivers license”…. What happened to customer service and saying Welcome! No asking how was my stay of course.. Outside looks nice but inside isn’t what you think…

I had no HOT water, I reported the issue twice, once via text message as requested if I had any issues..No Response! I called the front desk and reported it to the clerk who didn’t seem very bothered by it, The clerk did offer to send someone up to check it out but by this time I was getting ready to check out. I hope they too it seriously and get the issue resolved before rebooking the next guest in room 206.
