Staybridge Suites DFW Airport North by IHG

Superb

Very good

Breakfast was great The booking service - terrible communication between guest and vendor.

Everything especially the property it was nicely clean the room it just really feel like home. Basically I felt like I was at home so I would recommend this hotel about it yet when I’m back in Dallas, I would definitely come back to this hotel, cause I like everything about it and thank you. God bless you all

Clean and close to airport

I would definitely stay here again. Only if they had French toast as well as regular syrup instead of sugar free syrup I would have given a 5 star review.

good location. easy access.

Exceptional

The room was very clean despite the hotel being in the middle of a renovation. If you happen to travel between Mon-Wed they provide breakfast and a happy hour dinner which was pleasant and well stocked and included beer/wine in the evening. I would love for this location to consider allowing the shuttle pick up and drop off from both airports, not just DFW.

Breakfast and social evening with free beer was nice

The breakfast is outstanding

Beds are hard me and my wife woke up every morning with our backs hurting.

Everything was outstanding

Good

We changed rooms 3 times. Mattress was terrible, next room ac was broke. Next room was good.

Told desk person there was an issue with the bathroom sink faucet and an odor in the carpeting. He was very responsive and said he would have their maintenance folks address the sink faucet issue and the carpet odor.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Large kitchens. Lovely evening routine to offer a happy hour to all guests daily. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Don't get the towels dirty because you'll get charged a cleaning fee of $85. Other than that it was good

The breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly even though he did not know who BTS was.
