The best stay in the Chicago area. Amazing staff, amazing facilities, beautiful hotel!
-
had no heat. Hotel desk suggested we use more blankets all day … we had a suite with guest and an event. Covering everyone w blankets all day isn’t a solution. Turn the heat ON.

The pictures online are not an accurate representation. When we got the ere the bed sheets were actually dirtied with marks hair and extreme PILING, like a flat sheet b it with a lot of texture when I asked for a new sheet set they changed our room and brought me to another room where the sheets were worse. House keeping came and told me that the sheets are all like that because they’re very old and that other customers complain about them too…..we had no body wash & the bathroom lights flickered the whole time. Just disappointed as I expected just a little more from a Westin

The room was large and cleaned every day. Could be a little more updated and some minor maintenance. Grounds were so beautiful. Great location.
