No room on bathroom sink in order to get ready, door had cracks around entire door. (felt unsafe) Neighbors partied most of the night. No one from hotel noticed and we were on 1st floor.

We had great experiences here. But last night, there were stains all over our bed, and the room wasn’t even vacuumed…. There was no breakfast buffet. It just wasn’t a good experience.. especially celebrating our anniversary.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool. We had several things to do while we were in town, so we wanted some of the kids to be able to stay and swim while the others attended other things. When we checked in, there were several families swimming in the pool. When we went downstairs with our suits on 40 minutes later, there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The pool is still closed this morning. The room was OK. The curtains were ripped. The bed was comfortable, but I struggled to sleep because it was so humid in the room the sheets felt damp on me all night. There was old food left in the refrigerator- bowl of chipotle and a bag full of half-eaten sandwiches. That was really gross and made me question whether or not they had cleaned the room at all since the last guests. We definitely will not be staying here again and would not recommend.

The property is pet friendly. Hard to find sometimes. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Under construction and zero perks for any Hilton status.

I booked my room one week in advance to find out two hours prior to check in that my room was given to someone else. I could not pay for another room because the hotel was fully booked. I was vacationing from two hours away and was with my family with packed bags to stay for two night. Very disappointing.

Staff were good not that clean

Bathtub stained and dirty. Floor in the hallway needed vacuum badly.

We got to our room and there was spider webs all over the room and floor.Plus spiders on the webs.We also requested towels two times and they never came to our room.Also the room wasn’t cleaned after the next day.We are very dissapointed.Since we got lead by the good reviews.

Staff was very good and again no functional issue but just getting old property.

The room need improvement..staff needs to understand english.improve in cleanness

Great stay, quiet area.

There was no warning about the renovation work that was going on. No fridge or tissue boxes in the room. Couldn’t provide extra blankets. Cleaning staff couldn’t speak English.
