Location, parking, breakfast, quiet. Odor in the room.

Arrived around 1 am in the morning. The front desk staff was very cordial! The room is outdated and the bathroom extremely small. Had to shut the bathroom door in order to see the shower and enter it. Upon entering the shower there were several pieces of black curly hair at the bottom of the ledge. Then noticed there was black curly hair on the shower walls and on the shower floor. The shower had not been clean. Upon checkout at 10:30 am, got the office staff to come up to the room and observe the hair all over the shower. She brought a room cleaning attendant with her. She took pictures. Needless to say we didn't shower at all in this room. The phone in the room was not very clean and didnt see a speaker option so I could not use it to alert the staff of my concern. The staff member was cordial at the end and informed me that she wouldn't check me out until she consults with the manager who is on duty tomorrow. I will be following back up on this tomorrow morning. I have not experienced this type of hotel room in other Best Western Plus hotels. Will not stay at this location again!

Well I expected the bigger breakfast which offers more choices, they didn’t even have bacon and hot grits. What they had was good. Every time we moved in the bed it made noise like we were on a piece of tin. Bed wasn’t comfortable! The room didn’t smell fresh! It had like a wet moist smell, needed airing out. I didn’t complain I bought an air freshener and put and put in the room.

The bed was so comfortable. I didn’t like that they only served pork for breakfast. I don’t eat pork and would have liked turkey. The eggs were not good.
