The room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and most helpful.

I was not told upon booking that the property was under full renovation and that the pool was not open. I was also not told there was a pet fee and then once I paid the pet fee I was overcharged and then told I would get a refund and I have not received the refund yet. The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good.

The property is undergoing renovations. The lobby has loose flooring and there is an odor. The pool is closed because of the renovations. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great.
-
The rooms were in great condition on the 2nd and 3rd floors, although there was noise early in the morning from the ongoing renovation. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all great.

We arrive about 3:30. The place looked closed. Only 2 cars tucked away in the parking lot. We enter to find the lobby under repair. A nice young guy greeted us at the front desk. Checked in. Room was very nice. I guess remodeled recently. Checked out next am about 9:00. Jada nice breakfast first. Coffee & bagels.

The rooms are recently remodeled, clean and comfortable Wifi access did not work with provided information. Hotel is still under extensive renovation. Main entry is not usable and side door entry is required. Construction debris and equipment occupy a large portion of the parking lot. Breakfast area is operational, but has incomplete flooring and cabinetry. Lobby restrooms are unavailable during the renovation. Pool is closed during renovation.

Pool was closed due to reconstruction.

Friendly service. Pool was closed due to reconstruction.

The listing did not say the hotel was under renovation. The lobby and bottom floor was torn apart, there was a bad smell. The rooms were already redone but had a strong odor of paint or something still. The AC was reading 68 but no way it was that cool. It's middle of summer in Florida and the pool was also closed for renovations which I would have booked elsewhere had I known that. I did have to stay 2 extra days and chose to stay elsewhere.

Filthy and dangerous. Yes, I found out when we checked in that they were renovating, but this was beyond unacceptable for guests to stay at. Renovating is understandable but the conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, with sawdust and screws on the floor and were not completely furnished. The beds and pillows were not up to Hampton Inn standards. Halls dirty, elevator filthy. Breakfast area unacceptable to eat in. Workers still milling around and making noise after 10 pm. The exterior looked like a tornado had hit and the parking lot was clustered and unsafe. I have never been so disappointed with a Hampton Inn.

We could not go thru lobby we had to enter a side door and walk thru fitness center Our room had been renovated so the room was very nice and clean but the hotel in Reno mode was a mess. Even outside. Giant scaffolds and lifts. Mess. No pool hard to park Disappointing bc I had no idea when booked it would be like this
