The bed was uncomfortable. The room wouldn't cool off below 75°. No hand soap at the bathroom sink- had to use body wash after using the toilet. One of the USB charger ports didn't work.

Had to switch rooms 3 times because the rooms we were assigned were under construction or were dirty. Awful customer service, did not address our issues or concerns appropriately or in a timely manner. Amenities were dirty and unclean.

This hotel is excellent! Top notch! They even have a shuttle to take you to and from worlds of fun. There's no wait. The staff is so friendly and so helpful! It's clean, kept, and the breakfast bar was always full and hot food. Stay here! You won't regret it!!!

Location was close to the expressway. Headboards were torn with mystery stains, pillows had black marks on them, tub was brown. TV didn’t work and staff was rude and dismissive, waving their hand to shoo you from the desk.

Terrible we walked into our room and it was so dirty. There was hair in the bathtub and bugs crawling on the floor. There were more bugs in the room. And there was a hole in bathroom door. It’s safe to say we didn’t stay we checked out right away.
