Love the area and the hotel. It has a restaurant/bar area the food there was okay but the drinks were very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Near lots of food and shopping and activities. Will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend!

We like the location, the friendly staff ans clean comfortable room.

We’ve stayed at this location several times. This stay we noticed hotel would override a/c in the middle of night, causing us to wake up hot and sweaty. In the morning a/c magically cools back down again.

The hotel was clean. The upkeep was nice. Staff were not attentive. I waited for a long time by the counter to get help- then I asked for extra towels- just for them to tell me- it will be awhile. Ugh! Had to pay extra for breakfast and was not the greatest. They have a Very nice gym.

Front desk literally told me after all the complaints they have had she has never seen them issue refunds from the years she has been there so no matter what issues you are having they dont care. One of the front desk ladies is a liar also but managment only will believe what the employee says even though they have cameras in the lobby and parking lot to prove your side of the story. Managment wont call you back, or care to hear you out. This place is being ran really weird!

This is my go to hotel every time we visit Houston. We just love staying in the Katy area, but especially this hotel. If I may, I might have to start requesting specific rooms because the one we stayed in was the main reason why I fell in love with the hotel in the first place. The room was ginormous! lol! I never have anything negative to say. My honey is the one who is usually picky, especially about his water pressure. Well, he had no complaints!
