We got to check in early. Major plus. This was my second stay there. First time was pretty good, although they need to offer more gluten free options for their and also the quality of the food is not that great. It’s ok at best. Passable. Staff was great first stay but I ran into an issue for my second stay. Assistant Manager was great at check in but we had an issue with noise at 12:30am-2:00am so loud I couldn’t sleep. I tried contacting the front desk 3 times during that time frame and I kept getting a busy signal. I mentioned it at check out and the overnight desk clerk said she didn’t receive any calls from my room. She just said next time look up the number and call the hotel on your cell phone. Seems silly to have phones offered in the room if they don’t work. I never did get to sleep after that experience. Also, the sheets have stains on them, the couch and side chair are not comfortable, beds are ok at best. When you’re tired and need a local place to stay in Katy, this isn’t a bad spot as far as convenience. Both times my daughters and I enjoyed the benefit of having The Cheesecake Factory within walking distance to the hotel at Katy Mills Mall. The fire pit area is cute on property but could use some sprucing up. For the price it’s pretty decent but I feel that there are many areas in which the property could use some improvement.

The room was nice and clean and I thought it was cool to see my name on the tv screen welcoming me for my stay. The kitchen area was nice and clean and had clean utensils.

lastly the fire alarm went off this morning while i was still in bed. i grabbed my stuff and got out of there immediately.

Location of the property and overall arrangement. Cleaning could have been improved, two major issues- 1) three days housekeeping guys didn’t turn up inspite of continuous follow up with the Front Desk. 2) Outdoor seating area were not cleaned every day and pest control on regular intervals

Get grits on the breakfast menu all the time.

We were in town for a single evening and were very impressed with the room and amenities. Having stayed in a couple of different (very expensive) hotels over the past few months, this one was actually our favorite and we were kind of blown away at the quality for the price.

My kids enjoyed the facilities there. Their breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel overall and great location for both shopping & eating. Nice people around the hotel both cleaning & meal preparation. Food was not the greatest but very good & excelled all my expectations.

We had a great stay here, several extra amenities that went above and beyond other hotels we have stayed at - ceiling fan in the bedroom was a lifesaver, real shampoo/conditioner/lotion instead of the watered down stuff, etc. The breakfast provided was minimal, but tasted good so that is what matters most. Will be staying here again next time we are in the area.

I can tell what i didn't like, the fire alarm going off about 12:45 am and couldn't reach anyone at the front desk , I didn't know if we should stay or leave, the alarm only lasted 30 seconds , and i wasn't notified that everything was OK, stayed up till 2 am to see or hear if any emergency vehicles were coming

Room was clean. I heard the elevators were not working at the time I checked-in, but I was on the ground floor so I do not know how long the issue persisted. Easy parking. Lots of great dining options very nearby.

The shower was nasty. There was a dirty stain on the shower floor. It looks like it needed to be bleached cleaned. I had to ask for more towels.
