Comfort Inn & Suites New Orleans Airport North

Was pleasantly surprised. Had a great/comfortable stay at the hotel.

I didn't eat I was sleeping Booking cancelled my rm reservation made it in late but corporate manager help me out no more booking.com

Exceptional

Extremely nice hotel. I will definitely book again!!!

Easy to get to from airport, clean, modern, great breakfast buffet. Highly recommend.

Newer. lobby . Bathroom sink had no stopper and in the drain was a toothpaste cap. Told front desk. Response was a lot of rooms have missing stoppers. The bar is never open. The pool area needs help. Mice droppings along return entry. No food in walking distance. Maintenance issues!

Good night stay before a flight

Close to the airport. Saved our room without changing when I advised our flight would arrive late (after midnight). Front desk staff awesome!!

The overall cleanniss of the facility, and room

Superb

Staff. Were super friendly and breakfast was pretty good too! Rooms were clean & comfy also

There for 4 nights, asked for a corner room or one as quiet as possible. Got one closest to the elevator 5th floor... Done with Hampton Inn and suites.

Great staff

Good

The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Tight parking

It was ok

Clean Shower

Proximity to the airport The breakfast was decent, but there were a couple of disappointments. The coffee was never really hot throughout our stay, and the pancake machine was turned off before the posted breakfast hours ended. Hopefully, these can be improved for future guests.
