The location was good The lady that checked us in was rude. There was a huge roach in our room. The sheets were dirty and stained. One of the guests staying in the room with me got bit by bedbugs

I loved the lobby of the hotel. Very beautiful and appealing. I also loved that I was able to check in earlier than the time. The price was slightly higher than what I’m used to paying.

They did not make up the room during the day. When we checked out we were told we had to request maid service. We were not told that when we checked in.

The lobby was nice. Who is old and come run down he has a bad smell. That was very nice, but it was only so much I can do. I moved room three times my first room had a really old bathroom smell to I literally cannot stand the smell, but she moved me to another room. The second one had a big roach, crawling on the screen on I was scared it was gonna fall down on my head because it was on the ceiling above my head over the bed so I talked to the front desk which she was very, very helpful. Very nice very kind and understanding so they moved me again the last room was OK but I would never ever ever stay there again.

It was 90° outside and it was very hot inside the hotel lobby and hallways. The room did have good AC and all the amenities I needed were available but the rest of the hotel left a lot to be desired, including the construction that was going on which left an odor on some of the floors and was visibly very unappealing. I had issues with my room key opening the door and had to have it reprogrammed.

They had really good coffee in the morning , and the staff was very friendly and helpful The alarm was going off in the morning

It was short and sweet and everything went smoothly, would stay again.

No breakfast no coffee at 6 :15 in front. Wanted queen size 2 beds when i asked to change room from handicapped then i received 2 double beds. Ice machine was way on other side of hotel which i had to find myself no pool available which i did not know until sign in, because of change of owners should of been notified of all the changes that at time of booking was available. Other then that room was sleep able

Conveniently located near the airport, the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable

Room was cool Bar and restaurant were not open. Shuttle was not working and had to get a Lyft. Bathroom toilet seat was very loose and shower door handle came off.

The room's bathroom is dirty and lacked body wash; the dispenser was empty. The receptionist is unfriendly.

The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. When I checked in and requested the shuttle for the next morning, the front office told me that there is no shuttle, but they work with Lyft to accommodate airport rides. Thought this was odd, as there is a Wyndham Tryp shuttle bus outside the front door of the hotel.
