The location and electric charger My stay at Homewood Suites Hilton this past weekend was okay overall, but unfortunately, I experienced several issues that I feel should be addressed. When I first arrived in my room, it did not appear to be cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. There were still dirty tips/tip residue on the dresser, and the sheets had noticeable stains. I understand that things can occasionally be overlooked, but I expected the room to be properly cleaned and prepared before my arrival. Another major issue was my room key. The key continued to disconnect every time I left the building, which meant I was repeatedly unable to get back into my room. I had to return to the front desk multiple times throughout my stay to have my key replaced, sometimes more than once a day. This became very inconvenient and frustrating. There was also an occasion when I had to wait approximately 20 minutes because no one was available at the front desk, while there was already a line of about 3–4 guests waiting to be assisted. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially when I needed assistance with my room key. Overall, I would rate my stay a 6/10. The stay was not completely bad, but these issues definitely affected my experience. I would appreciate it if management could look into the cleanliness standards, key access issues, and front desk coverage to help prevent these problems for future guests. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, as I would like to have a better experience should I choose to stay with Homewood Suites Hilton again.

The tub would not drain and the toilet ran the whole time. My granddaughter had dried blood on her comforter and she changed it after we had gotten there late. It was clean but just not keep up very well since it is an older hotel.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Otherwise, it was just a good hotel stay. Had to pay for parking, but it was only six bucks.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved every day of it. We had a kitchen so we were able to cook and warm up our food or keep food in the fridge. The location was perfect right across from restaurants. Everything we needed was very close. Would recommend and yes we will be going back.

The lobby and the pool/ amenities were wonderful but that's about all I could say about the hotel. I made my reservation on April 17th for my stay on May 8th. They waited until the morning of to tell me that the room i reserved was not available and they had to move me to a smaller room. Their sister properties were full as well. Im not sure why i was not told of this plenty of time in adavnce. It was for my daughter's birthday and we did not have time to change our plans as she had multiple friends arranged to stay. I asked if i could get a refund for the difference in the rooms and they told me they'd have to contact the 3rd party and i was told i wouldnt get the refund from the 3rd party. There were stains on the sheets as well that we noticed as soon as we laid down and our air conditioning did not work (again noticed at 12:30 in the morning) We had trouble opening the sleeper sofa and went to use the phone to call down and it did not work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get some pointers and the guy at the counter told us"I dont know how to work them i can just move your room" this was at 12:30 in the morning so moving wasn't an option with 5 people. So we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the 3 kids to make a pallet and was given 1 pillow and 1 blanket. The night shift staff was very rude and un-accommodating.
