The property and room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning cost $7.50 per person but there were lots of choices. Staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Hotel also had easy access off the main Interstate in Knoxville. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the premises. We liked the comfort of the beds, my only criticism was they were very high off the floor. I am small and had to really scramble to get into the bed each night. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was very clean and felt like it was brand new. Great service from both the front desk staff and the servers at breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again my next time in knoxville.

The lowest that any of the thermostats will go is 68°F. If you’d like to sleep with it any cooler than that, then you are out of luck.

Grout in bathrooms looks like it’s never been cleaned. Stains on carpet that I’m sure were from previous pets staying in room. Not much of a lobby/seating area unless you are eating drinking from their restaurant.

The staff was top notch and very friendly, the breakfast was awesome and an excellent value, the restaurant staff was amazing. I will absolutely be staying there again!! There was nothing to not like, it was amazing

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Bed was really comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant on site. The breakfast was like any other breakfast buffet. Food was mediocre and lukewarm warm. TV station were very limited and we had driven a long time. Would have been nice to have better TV options for relaxing.
