Staff was very helpful. Place seems cluttered.

This hotel was a bit minimalist in the best kind of way. The room (one queen) had a large, well-appointed bathroom with a roomy shower. The room itself was not large, but the storage options and layout were very well thought-out. The pool looked inviting! We were very highly pleased with our visit!

This was by far the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. They were all so friendly and helpful. All of the amenities were accessible, and I loved how they had the white boards at the elevator showing different local shops, restaurants, and events. I only live 2 hours away, but told my husband we’ll be taking a trip to explore more of Knoxville, and we will be staying here!

Staff very friendly, property was very clean. Breakfast had variety. Room was small, be prepared no microwave or coffee maker for you coffee drinkers. They do offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby as well as free bottled waters, as well as a nice assortment of snack items for purchase. Overall good stay.

Quite nice
-
Cleanliness & nice staff. Was told about check-out being up until 1 but service staff starts knocking on doors even with don’t disturb sign on doors and you can hear “room service and knocking” on doors at least by 11…hotel should be more quiet…noisy halls.

Breakfast was great as always!!

Great stay! Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean, and the location was good. Rooms are small, by design, but plenty of room for 2 people staying two nights. The mini-fridge was a welcome surprise also. We will definitely stay here again and we will consider Tru hotel rooms wherever we travel.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean. The pillows were horrible.

Most TRU’S I have stayed in has been very delightful until this stay. Unfortunately noise level inside was higher in the midnight hours, exterior trash compacter was dumped or exchanged about 3 am with the driver slamming it into the ground 3-4 times, toilet ran all night.

I would be helpful to have the mattress fit the bed frame

The staff was kind, helpful and informative. The lobby seemed a bit crowded with stuffed animals and toys...not sure what that was all about?
