Staff was so helpful, the property is gorgeous, and breakfast was delicious everyday.

Hotel is beautiful and so charming. Parking is a little tight but staff is super helpful in finding a spot. Rooms are also on the smaller side but all you need.

Literally an oasis once you are inside. Very little, our room could have used some more storage options and a trash can. Personally I prefer coffee making in my room, but the coffee supplied in the courtyard was superb and better quality so still a win.

This place is outstanding! Will be telling all my friends! The little amazing details are felt in everything! Thank you for an amazing stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was great and the place is decorated very tasteful. We loved it!

The place is charming and I especially liked the tower where we watched a sunset. The included breakfast was also nice as was the pool. Beds were comfy; room and facilities were clean. Booked this with absolutely no warning that it is not ADA compliant (presumably grandfathered in when ADA passed). There are irregular steps everywhere and absolutely no way to avoid them. It would be pretty impossible in a wheelchair and was difficult for me as an older person with bad knees. The hotel fashions itself as a beach locale and even provides nice beach bags, towels and would provide a packed lunch to go to the beach. However, the beach is really not very accessible. Since the hotel is on a very busy road, you have to walk several blocks to a crosswalk then once you cross, you must go down a really steep hill and then down some steps in order to get to the beach.. They say it's a 10-minute walk but keep in mind you're expected to tote a big bag with towels and lunch and whatever else you want at the beach. Though the ocean views are nice, beach access is cumbersome. I thought it was weird that an arugula salad and a charcuterie are both on the breakfast menu, though there are other more typical breakfast options and the breakfast was fine. I was not fond of the decor in general though the buildings all had their own charm despite that.

The spa was generally disorganized but everything worked out in the end and the treatment itself was great.

The breakfast served daily was fabulous as well as their cocktails and other light meals. Most importantly, it was the Staff who aimed to please and over deliver. Thanks to Coby, Troy, Kelly and Rebecca.

Casa Laguna was wonderful! The hotel is absolutely charming, with so much character and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and made our stay feel special. I would highly recommend Casa Laguna to anyone visiting Laguna Beach as it’s a beautiful place to stay!

Wonderful on-site massage. Excellent, professional and relaxing service for individuals or couples. Breakfast was wonderful and provided a variety of options. Welcome drink and champagne with spa treatment was a nice touch. Parking is challenging between the pillars below the historic building. Might be easier to take Ubers in and around town, particularly if celebrating, but that's liberating.

The location of the hotel is really good. Ocean view from the deck is fantastic. We had a deluxe room which was really cramped (so much so that I would hate to see the non-deluxe size). The shower was tiny and the toilet was made for little people. The staff was helpful at check-in but I was shocked how unengaged the night staff was last night. Guy was on his phone and didn’t greet us coming or going. If your priority is seeing the ocean and good cookies, this is the place for you. If you want to be comfortable and spoiled, look elsewhere.

Lovely place I enjoyed the stay, it was an intimate vibe and setting, the staff is super friendly. I checked in late at night, the helpful man behind the counter named William kindly showed me to my room. Can’t wait to stay again

The hotel had a beautiful view but way too many stairs. They had a $40 resort fee to park. The pool water was way too hot in 90 degree weather. It was set at 82 degrees. The room was very small, the AC wall unit is way too loud. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend for the high price.
