Clean rooms, bathroom okay, bathroom sink could be more cleaner on faucet. Beds were not comfortable to me. Only complaint I have really.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Every thing was fine, except for the white flashing light, that shined all night the first night I had drove from Mesquite and got in about 6:30pm so needed sleep bad and could not sleep all night due to flashing white light all night. I complained the the morning guys and they said they would let maintence know. So I went out and came back at night and asked the gal if maintence fixed the light and she said no one said anything to her so I asked her to see if maintence would come then to fix flashing light and no one appeared to fix the light. So had to deal with the lasing light again but was so exhausted , I was able to get some sleep but not enought as woke up at 3:30am light flashing . Not good. Sandi Roberts.

El hotel por dentro estaba limpio pero por fuera estaba muy feo parecía hotel abandonado. El personal algunos cara fea los d recepción si eran amables. Solo que deben d checar qué que sirvan todo adentro del cuarto. Ami me toco que la plancha no servia, bueno tampoco quice ir aque me dieran otra nose no soy de esas personas que dicen las cosas. Y pues para la otra ya no me quedaría ahi. Es mi humilde opinión ojalá y mejoren el aspecto d afuera.

Rust along the shower and in the bathroom, also checking in the girl at the front didn’t speak a word besides ID. So I think we missed out on a week of breakfast, or just any info over the hotel. Never had this happen before.

clean room fairly quiet, no breakfast, you have to buy everything and charge it to the room

No complimentary breakfast is a big negative. We ate off site.

I am really upset that my deposit refund as well as my parking credit have not been returned. I was told this would appear back in my Apple wallet when I called back, but nothing has been returned. This has caused a bit of pain in our travels from the accounting side of things.

The girl who checked us in was super rude. I told her I had a service dog and she made us pay $70 pet fee. I let her know I hadn’t seen that anywhere and I was unaware and she said she was sure every hotel charges. I told her I had never been charged for my service dog before and she brushed me off and acted like I was stupid. Then after driving for 9 hours to even get to this hotel we showed up early by I think an hour and they wanted to charge us for that too. It’s so ridiculous now. Not impressed at all.

No Restuarant, told me it was $10 to park. Not on the posting.

Rooms are very clean and bigger than average. The staff is super nice sbr helpful. Has a mini mart with necessities and even dog toys.
