Best Western Plus Irvine Spectrum Hotel

The breakfast crew does a great job. A great way to start an Ohanafest day!

This place is a bit run down and needs some TLC. Several leaks with buckets out to catch the drips. Washer and dryer doesnt clean well or dry well. Electrical outlets dont all work. Bedding is old sometimes stained. This place could use some updates. Needs consistent fruit selections at breakfast as well as bagels.

Breakfast was simple, but good. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. 24/7 coffee was a bonus.

Nice room, can't beat the price. Very clean rooms and property too. Hot tub was so nice. No coffee in the room, but there's coffee in the lobby 24/7.

There was a noticeable water leak on the exterior of the property that dripped into buckets all 3 day we were there, but it had no negative effect on our stay. Parking being included was also a plus.

Good

Great place, nice and clean only complaint is the vending machine of 4th floor was out of everything had to go to 1sr floor vending machine

This hotel worked great for my family of 5. Breakfast every morning is always a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The 3rd-floor hallway was untidy, with cigarette butts and trash scattered everywhere.

Clean room and breakfast

Room was great. Only minor complaint was the TV remote was very difficult to use and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Very nice amenities. Enjoyed the 24 hr coffee selection

Exceptional

Good location and easy parking. Nice pool. Odd placement of the sink in the bedroom. No down comforter was a bummer. Keys were hard to use.

The breakfast and the people I loved it

Very nice room. Clean and a wonderful bed and pillows. Very nice shower and lotions and shampoo. Friendly front desk staff. I am a local to the area and moved to Palm Springs. This was a two day business trip.

Elevator was wonky - it was hit and miss whether it would work or not. We stayed 2 nights, 3 people and none of us had working cards. Getting from the room to the lobby to exchange door cards was a chore. Then the next day - again, the cards aren’t working. Three times we had to exchange the cards. The stairs are not marked clearly and if you want to avoid the elevator you’re kinda stuck walking back and forth looking for the stairs because they are not anywhere near the elevator.
