Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI

Room was nice ! Staff great ! Better breakfast options for those who have dairy allergy there were no protein options hard boiled eggs would be good as well as cereal you can eat with fingers like rice Chex , Cheerios ect or better yet some dairy free milk almond or yogurt made from coconut milk —

Staff was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was great. WiFi worked great for homeschooling my kids.

The staff is exceptional. They're remodeling. My door handle came off on the first roo. And the door was hung crooked on the second room and they raised rates for the remodeling but nothing is improved . I use to stay here a lot . At least twice a week . I go somewhere else now because of the price jump and it's lit worse than before. The breakfast is the same stale muffins every time you stay.

A lot of stuff needs repair there under renovation

Noise from renovation across the hall and they only worked at night. No maintenance had clogged toilet had to unstop it myself

The breakfast was ok for my grandkids, grab & go. The location was great few minutes from highway Noise from renovation across the hall and they only worked at night. No maintenance had clogged toilet had to unstop it myself

Room 223 very nice.

The floor my room was just finished remodeled. The sofa bed seemed to be assembled incorrectly because it would not pull out. There were light cover plates and outlet covers laying around and exposed outlets. Bed was terrible

Location and staff. They didn’t inform guest while booking they were renovating so some things got overlooked.
