Crowne Plaza Lansing by IHG

Exceptional

Not much of a gym. Had a couple benches and dumbells. Pool was nice but floor surrounding are slick. Restaurant was very nice with good food but a bit overpriced. Coffee in the rooms was marginal but the coffee machine in the restaurant was awesome, if you dont mind waiting. Water pressure in the room was almost nonexistent so dont expect a quick shower or to be able to rinse a razor in the sink! All in all, it's a nice hotel, especially for being in the Lansing area. We'll stay there again next time we travel there.

CON: the room thermostat was set so you cannot raise it above 72°. If you want it warmer in your room, you must call the desk and they can raise the limit from the desk. (Nobody tells you this.) They said that was hotel policy. Wear a sweater in your room and in the restaurant - NO.

They did not vacuum the carpet found a couple items on the floor when we arrived sheets were ok some interesting dead insects found

Hotels that are $50-60 cheaper a night are cleaner, nicer with great breakfast and always have coffee in the lobby. It's funny to me that some of the more "upscale" resorts don't have coffee in the lobby. His hotel is fine... You just get a WAY better stay for less at a new Hotel chain.

Love the basketball court and gym!

Everything have stayed at this hotel for years Breakfast not earlier

Very clean and accessible to everything

We were there for the kids and the space was clean and accommodated us perfectly. Food & drinks were good and the kids enjoyed the pool and other amenities, they had all to themselves!

Pleasant

Located in a quiet and beautiful garden, with excellent parking facilities. The rooms and beds were not cleaned unless we asked them to.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly The room didn’t have properly air conditioned. We were given a room that had faulty ac even after switching the room out, the ac wasn’t working. We started hearing loud hammering noises early in the morning which disturbed us a lot.

Room and breakfast. Housekeeping service

Exceptional
