Great location! Super friendly front desk staff!
-
The location was perfect for attending seminars at the Lansing Center since it's right down the street. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance if you don't want the hotels food. The gym is nice though it needs a deep cleaning. The staff was super nice and helpful. I believe I experienced the loudest refrigerator made in the world in my room. For such a small item it sure makes a heck of a grinding sound from the compressor. The room had a funky smell coming from the A/C unit.

The staff was very nice.
-
Great location The room was disgusting. Towels were old rags. Dirt around sink and shower. Toilet needed to be clean. Sheets on bed looked worn and unkempt. I slept on my travel blanket. Fridge wouldn't stay on. Water pressure was low and it wouldn't stay hot.
