The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. No microwave in the room, stop serving food at 10am, no military discount. Paying to park. Alot of money with no amenities.

We tried booking another stay but were told there was no vacancy, well we did online got a room , there was no Kleenex, fridge was warm luckily we have a cooler . Outside of that room was clean and was within walking distance to SideCar bar and grill , yum

Staff was excellent. Food was good, not as much variety as expected. Could not use bathroom sink initially. The problem was fixed right away. Front desk and maintenance staff excellent. Very pleasant. Parking access was not the best for the elderly.

It was a very monumental moment in our lives and we shared it with the staff they were so warm and welcoming!

The room was clean and comfortable but overall building seemed dated. Covered parking building linked thru a covered bridge.

Looked out window to see garbage bags on roof. Staff was rude and didn't know how to do her job.

The room was confortable and clean. The adjacent parking lot is convenient with easy access. The buffet breakfast was superb! Eggs freshly made at my taste, fresh pastries and good amount of fruit plus bacon and sausages. unfortunately the pool was closed.

The server in the restaurant could have been more attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was closed and they didn't serve dinner there.

The woman that checked me in was as friendly as a feral cat. Unfortunate since the property and location are nice. I went cheap and didn't pay for the river view. It's definitely worth the extra money. I've stayed here a few times but prefer the Marriott down the road. Stayed here this time for the location near an event I was attending.

Very positive stay. We were in and out of the hotel for a one night stay. Did not make use of amenities. Location was perfect for our stay!
