Great location, very central Checked in using self check in computer and paid $60 dollars for early check in only to be told the room was not available, yet we were still charged the $60 dollars for early check in even though we couldn’t get into our room which is entirely unacceptable

Queue to check-in and out was long. Machines to assist with checkout did not work properly. We asked to change rooms as the constant beat of music from the nightclub outside was intense. The reception was excellent in moving out to a more quieter location which looked over the swimming pool. The swimming pool was very loud from 9am to 5pm with lots of empty sunbeds as they were obviously overpriced. But we managed to find some empty chairs at the back. When asking for a receipt for our stay which was in 2 rooms. They said it would be e-mailed it to us - this has still not happened and all they say is check your spam. I know with one of the rooms we were overcharged with no explanation. The TV does show charges for the room and we were charged at $40 per night each room with all the usual taxes and charges on top and parking charges, but on one night there was an $80 charge with no explanation! thats why a receipt/invoice would be nice!

The room was clean and with a great view from a giant window. I was wary as I had seen some mixed reviews, but instead the place was great. It does look a bit aging but it is clean and well kept. It is also perfect for visiting Las Vegas, in the middle of everything. The staff was nice and efficient. The check-in experience was stressful, having to haul the baggage for what seemed like a mile of corridors, having to wait in line to check in for about an hour too. If you have a lot of baggage like us (family) it can get grueling, and you have to pass through areas very full of smoke. Parking not easy to find inside the parking lot. It is smoky, much more than other places in Las Vegas, but I suppose the older places are smoky, maybe they do not have the best way to eliminate the smoke. There was smell of smoke even in the corridor near the bedrooms, it even got into the bedroom. And smell of marijuana too, at some point. I suppose they cannot avoid it, but I wish they would keep the smokers in another part of the hotel.

The location of the hotel, the pool was nice. MY ROOM!! I couldn't believe the property offered rooms like that. Extremely outdated. The room alone is why I will never recommend this hotel. This is the worst accommodations I have ever experienced in Las Vegas.

Location was good...we were fronting the strip/caesar's palace. The bathroom was huge. Go pool is nice. No electric kettle for hot water. No coffee nor tea in the room. No free bottled water. No toiletries.
