The rooms should have a microwave, more towel racks, and alarm clock, and a coffee maker. Othere than that it was a great stay

The other point is that they don't mention that you have to pay a down payment on the website. So you have to pay attention to this point. There wasn't an electric kettle, at least to have hot water in the room. I found a dirty towel in the restroom, and it was disgusting to use that. Also, there weren't any tissues to use after washing your hands. The TV services were limited to a few local channels, and if you wanted to watch a movie or series, you had to pay extra.

Horseshoe was very good value. The room was clean and the location was good.

It was central room was big we have fridge which was a bonus Internet wasn’t great and only allowed two devices and most people have two devices each

I did not pay extra for the globe view but the room still came with it so I loved that. Overall stay was nice, I loved that you can take the escalators straight onto the strip. Our room was amazing and so clean. Here is my view from the bed at night.

Check in was a nightmare. Got there around 1230 am Saturday. Got an email earlier that room was ready and just needed to get card keys at the mobile kiosks. The kiosks were not working so had to line up. Was waiting in line for about 30 minutes and then suddenly line stopped moving. Note that on a weekend, only 2 staff were assigned. The 2 staff went to the back office and stayed there for the almost the next hour. Line was getting longer and guests were upset because no one bothered to explain that the system was down. Very tired guests were getting upset. Well it’s 2am.
