We booked a better room snd it wassnice surprise. Very comfortable, clean and big. We stayed at crockfords before . It was totally different regarding atmosphere. But the room could compete. -

Excellent location, right on the Strip, with easy access to all the main attractions and points of interest in Las Vegas. The room was spacious, with a fantastic bathroom. Nothing. Everything was great.

It was ok. There are many other options available, and I might pursue that for the next trip to Vegas. We told the front desk we didn’t need daily housekeeping, but we DID want fresh towels every day. We never received those towels so we had to use dirty ones for the nights we were there. I wasn’t impressed. I would like compensation, please.

The pool area was very disappointing. With over 2,000 rooms and less than 150 if that many lawn chairs available is less than sufficient.

Location. The room we had was horrible. There was no plug in for chargers on the one side of the bed. The other side of the bed with the plug in sometimes worked. The shower was not good and it leaked water all over the floor.

The hotel’s location is very good, self check in is fast and easy, rooms felt clean, our room had direct view of the Sphere. Overall, it was good hotel. The bathrooms could use amenities, there should also be more clear signs to guide guests to the elevator, we spent a lot of time trying to find the correct one.

The location was great. Cafe Hollywood was wonderful. Navigating the hotel was easy. Everything was generally clean. The main thing I did not like about the room was the bottom of the soaking tub. The rough bottom finished made it extremely uncomfortable and hard to enjoy

The walk from the hotel lobby to the parking lot is quite long. The rooms were very clean.

We love staying at this property. Its the best location in our opinion. The only issue was the aged/worn items in our room. The carpet was so faded and old. The bathroom door didn't close and items like lamps needed dusting. That being said, we will likely continue to stay there on future trips as the good things outweigh the few bad things.

Only problem I had was not being allowed to bring my Starbucks coffee to the pool area (cabana), even though I bought it from the Casino’s Starbucks.
