Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound

Breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast lady - Karen- was super nice. Day time desk clerk was very kind too. I liked ice machine on all floors, room was comfortable and our room was cleaned daily. They did a great job. Air conditioner was a bit noisy but didn’t bother us. TV took us a bit to figure out how to get the channels we wanted. My husband saw a bug in the bathroom one night. Only one and was only one night.

Breakfast was very good . A good place to stay and relax

The room we were in the air was stuffy and had an odor. The bathroom faucet had a water flow problem-not enough. The swimming pool was not taken care of properly because leaves, particles, cigarette butts, were in the water. It just wasn't that sanitary.

Breakfast was a disappointment but everything else about the hotel is really lovely.

The staff were extremely kind, personable and gracious hosts, from the cleaning crew to the front desk manager Carlos. It was by far one of the cleanest and well kept properties we have stayed at. Best Western Plus will certainly have our business from here forward.

just about everything: friendly, helpful personnel; comfortable bed and room; good breakfast; quiet, low complexity; a neutral aroma; pool was clean, if small ... definitely stay there again the location but it's not something that can be changed ... near to a major freeway and not exactly a walkable area, no beauty either if I were forced to be critical, I'd observe that on two occasions in the back parking lot I noticed vagrants sitting on the curb of the property lot, rather near the pool, which is of concern for women swimming alone (on two occasions that I saw there were) as the pool area is rather set apart

The rooms were good and updated but one of the rooms we got had a bad smell like humidity and was not pleasant at all

Good place for an overnight stay. Our room could use an upgraded mattress. Tough sleeping on that mattress. Everything else was good.
