It was very bad leaks in the bathroom and the a/c very uncomfortable and unsanitary

Don’t believe the reviews on this place, the building and the room were very outdated and had a foul smell.

Day one breakfast was almost gone and cold. The 2nd day was better. No coffee maker

The room was not clean. My girlfriend would not even take a shower ,, the shower head was mildew/ rusty

Bugs in room. Room not vacuumed. No facial tissues or sink soap in room. This hotel was rated as a 3 stars hotel. It’s a 2 star or less rated hotel.

location that is about it mold in the bathroom, smells like weed every single night and it's a no smoking building, bed very uncomfortable just wasn't a good experience overall.

The mini fridge was iced over inside so I went down to the desk and told them and they told me just to open the fridge door and let it defrost was there answer to the problem.

I didn’t like how I was treated over the phone with an issues concerning my stay. And will not be booking again.your front desk representative wasn’t nice to me and that is bad customer service too me.

The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help out. The room was nice, but being honest....if anyone cleaned it before we arrived, they did it very fast. Both of the bed side lamps didn't work or the USB ports. We called the front desk and was told it was fixed but never was. There was no hand soap or body wash as well. Not the end of the world but was advertised to come with the room. It was quiet and we slept well.

The breakfast area was closed early and was very minimal. The orange juice was just Tampico, not natural orange juice! I wouldn't stay here again, I don't recommend it, seems like the owners have family members hanging out in the lobby and made the visit a little awkward.

The room had a very unpleasant smell, and the tap water also had an unusual odor. A similar smell seemed to linger throughout the room. Although the air conditioner was working properly, I noticed that the filter was covered in mold, which was very concerning.

Nothing. People on the elevator with their pants down was in very proper. Loud noises at night. Stained towels. Pour breakfast. Stain floors.

All these 5-star reviews are misleading; this building is rundown. When we got to the second floor, the hallway stunk bad, like getting kicked in the face. In the rooms, the door barely closed, and at nighttime we turn off the lights, you see the hallway lights shining through all around the door. The room also smelled musky. The bed was lumpy. Well, I guess you get what you pay for. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but at the same time I was relying on those 5 star reviews. Now I will second guess everywhere I stayed with high reviews. This is definitely a place I will not come back.
