Stopped in last minute for a one nighter. Resv smooth & easy. Rooms spotless cooled & ready to go. Staff super friendly acvomodating & knowlegable. Bkfst was adequate...not real fancy but hot items & not just cereal. Will use one again !!!

Property not as good as previous stays. Room smelled funky and random guy sleeping in lobby overnight. Have stayed there a lot over past year but not again.

The only complaint is there are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. That is a big inconvenience for guests. Some people may not want to leave there room at 2a just to go warm food or get coffee. I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't offer this in the rooms. However, I received the best customer service ever. The staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I had. It was my first time there and I enjoyed my entire 3 days without incident. Breakfast was amazing and the lady that took care of breakfast was very friendly and patient waiting for guests to come to breakfast and finish breakfast. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable. I loved the shower. It was so comfortable the water was hot and stayed that way. The lobby was clean and inviting. They should have more than one microwave. One just isn't enough. I came during the week and it was busy so they definitely need more than one microwave. There was an accident with the one microwave so no one could use it, and that was a big inconvenience as well. Overall, I still say a 10. There are good eats and shopping all over. Will be back soon.

Staff was amazing and very patient with some not so patient guests. However the front desk clerk and manager handled everything very professional and everyone was satisfied. I would stay again!

The Hotel was bright, inviting and clean. The check-in staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, however, they could not keep up with the coffee, but when it was filled, it was good. The location was great. Close to a choice of restaurants and shopping. There was a club locate behind the hotel. It was the weekend and their music was loud. However, the patrons were not rowdy.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to a restaurant to eat. The mall being so close was a definite bonus! The TV in my room didn't work. The green light on the remote would come on but the TV wouldn't. It was late so it wasn't a huge deal because I feel asleep quickly.

Immediately upon entering the hotel, the floors were sticky. That stickiness stayed with us our entire stay. It was gross. The hotel had a bad smell as well. Maybe find somewhere else to stay because there are a few restaurant/bars across the street. One of them had a live band and it was hard to fall asleep. You could clearly hear the music!! I'll probably never stay here again.
