The outside door was not secured. It was zip, tied open where people could come in and out. No security was available, did not feel safe in my hotel. The pool was closed, but clearly look was working. The room had an odor and then there was a ozone machine inside a room like they were trying to cover up the smell, but it was very potent and pungy

We didn’t have breakfast because we slept in because the bed was so comfortable.

The fitness center is less than adequate. When I went to the fitness center, the treadmill was broken and the bike was a piece of junk. Do better, or do not list as amenity.

The negatives: the pool was closed to access - not sure why , no reason it seemed to be working access and this was a huge disappointment to me and my niece staying with me. That happens sometimes, but the REAL issue is the musty smell and smell of smoke all throughout the halls/lobby and each time the a/c in the room cut off and on we would get a wafting smell of cigarette smoke in nonsmoking room sections. It nauseated me, but I am so glad my husband did not come along he is highly allergic and would not have been able to stay. The good news about the lobby is the morning time when breakfast was served the aroma of breakfast (pleasing) covered up the smoky/musty smell we smelled the night before when checking in. AGAIN the staff were all friendly and helpful . SMELLS are a big deal in the hospitality industry the pool thing is an inconvenience, but a disappointment, but not a real reason to decrease stars It is truly the odor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very respectful. Only one complaint one of the sheets the heavy one had old blood stain I check in like 9:30 I was tired I decided remove out and use the thin one.

The WiFi and internet were not working, so our phones and Fire TV Stick were unable to connect and be used. We also originally booked for 2 nights; however, we had to miss the first night, and when we tried to check in for the second night, they cancelled our entire stay, and we had to pay for an additional night. So I paid for 3 nights, and only received 1.

Both pool and hot tub didn’t work, only stayed there for those to amenities.

The room had mold on the curtains and lamp, and the hotel A/C didn't work very well. The pool and hot tub were also closed. The overall stay was decent, nobody bothered us.It was fairly clean and the breakfast was substandard.
