It was roomy and clean. The traffic noise from the interstate was loud, you could hear noise from beside and above us. Not enough noise reduction/insulation. The hot water did not work in our room so we took cold showers the first night. Paid too much $$ for that.

Ms Amy was an absolute pleasure each time I needed help with something. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were pleasant. Would recommend.

The room was very clean, fit my family of five perfectly. Only downside may be the sofa bed was not that comfortable and sunk in a bit but overall decent room. Breakfast was good, parking was decent. Staff were so nice. Only thing would be the sofa beds quality wasn’t too great due to the mattress sinking in when someone got on it. My daughter is about 100 lbs and she would sink in.

Great place to stay right off I-20. Amiee at the front desk was sweet and cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast was great, thank you Adrian. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet place to stay. We always love to stay in a Holiday Inn

Breakfast could have been a little better but still good. Lots of options.

Reservation for king bed. Room was 80 degrees with setting at 66. Ask for new room 20 minutes last got a double.

Elizabeth, Pricilla and Darren, that work the front desk, have the best customer service. Very clean and quiet hotel. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure in shower is weak, but my overall stay was excellent.

your front desk employee was extremely helpful and exceptionally kind. She wished us safe travels every morning when we left. She also enrolled our staff in your IHG rewards program in order to let us gain points and rewards for our stay.
